SIIRI INTERNATIONAL: Opt for Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx) for swift delivery within 7-10 business days. Starting at approximately $50 *, this service excludes custom duty.

 Note that VAT, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility, billed separately by the courier company upon delivery.

Terms & Conditions for Made-to-Order: Requests for alterations, changes, or cancellations in customised orders with SIIRI will be considered only within 3 days of order placement. Notify us via email at shopsiiri@gmail.com. No cancellations are accepted beyond 3 working days; if requested, a 30% cancellation fee applies, with the remaining amount issued as a credit note. Exchanges or alterations must match the order value; 30 days is granted if notified within 3 days. A 30% cancellation fee is applicable if there's no response to order follow-ups. Custom orders on hold can be requested within the order timeline; a 30-day extension is provided. Failure to follow up within 30 days results in automatic cancellation, with a 30% fee and any remaining amount as a credit note to the client.
